This place is a mom & pop burger shop close to my place of residence, this is my second time here & as I expected the food was as good as the first time. LOT'S of stuff on the menu here, but I'm a simple guy so I got the flipcheese (Standard Cheeseburger) with a soda. Ingredients are good, I love the bread & the smell makes me smile. The only con to this burger shop is the location, it isn't the best.

This place is cool. The owners are very nice and friendly people. They have them nice old school flavor burgers. You can't find everywhere. I love the cheeseburger & Fries, with that good old Pepsi. Give them a try. They are right next to the skate rink on Auburn..

The spot is a true hole in the wall and the food is pretty good. It's been years since we've been but the burgers still tasted great. They're pretty big, reminds me of Nation's. Our favorite is the brunch burger and the bulgogi burger. They also offer loaded fries and huge shakes.

We stopped in for a quick lunch before heading out to run errands. The mister and I both ordered the FlipCheese on their menu which is essentially their signature cheeseburger. Of course -- we added a sunny side up egg to each burger and left all the fixings of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles that comes standard on the burgers. Also, the burgers comes with their special sauce as the spread and let me tell y'all -- every single bite felt like heaven. I actually ate slower because I wanted to savor every single bite. The hamburger patty was still hot from the grill and had the perfect char to it, and it was cooked to the temperature of my choosing which is medium rare. The produce was fresh and was just the right ratio for the size of the burger. I always tell folks that In and Out is my favorite burger joint but I think this small business just gave the big chain a run for its money. After we were done with our meal, we even ordered a Cookies and Cream shake to share because after all -- this place is known for their burgers AND milkshakes. I told my handsome date that I think we have a winner for all things burgers and shakes while in the neighborhood. I live in Sacramento part time so y'all better believe that this spot will come top of mind should I be in need of a burger fix. Not only did our lunch hit the spot and sent us on our merry way nice and full -- but the prices were incredibly inexpensive compared to other restaurants. I guess these guys are intentional about keeping honest prices while producing their signature items -- this is what keeps a neighborhood favorite -- the favorite. It's no wonder why these guys have been around for so many decades. Something else to note for all those on the go: there is a drive thru so if you're pressed for time then just drive up to the window. You'll see the signs. Finally, I want to end the review by giving Lindsey a shoutout. Lindsey: you provided us exemplary service and did so with grace the entire time we were there. You set the bar high for what service in hospitality should look like and I want to acknowledge you for that. Stay kind and remain authentic -- the loyalty of repeat customers will have a lot to do with you. I hope the owners of this restaurant knows how well you treat every guest. Kudos and Bravo.

I had the pleasure of visiting Flip.n.Shake in Sacramento and tried their mint milkshake. To say it was amazing would be an understatement! Unlike other places where the milkshake is frozen solid and you have to wait for it to melt, this one was perfect - just the right consistency. I also appreciate the fact that they use fresh ingredients, which really enhances the flavor. In addition to the milkshake, they also have some awesome burgers that I can't wait to try. The menu is varied, with options for everyone, including vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. What really made my experience stand out was the fantastic service provided by Cory. He was friendly, attentive, and really went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Flip.n.Shake for anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their menu!
